SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping with us is as easy as 1-2-3.
NB: All orders are subject to a bearer fee;
Knutsford drop off fee $200
Zipmail Drop off + shipping fee $600
Pickup in and around town $500
1. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order been placed. With the exception of sale/promotion, where orders are sent in the order they were received and can take up to 2-3 business days to ship out.
This allows for across bank transfers to reflect and also gives us enough time to
process your order and have it sent to the respective carrier/delivery service.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.
2. Choose the delivery option that is most convenient for you, be it cost-effective or convenient, see below options;
Knutsford Express Currier Service - It cost $700 to ship with them and shipping charges can be paid when picking up your order. They have over 14 different locations islandwide. Orders become available for pick up the next business day or same-day depending on drop-off time and location. All orders attract storage fee of $100 after 5 days of not picking up
Zipmail (Jamaica Postal Service) - It cost $600 which is required to be paid along with your order. Zipmail deliveries become available for pickup within 2-3 business days at your post office that offers zipmail deliveries, it's important to know which post office in your parish offers zipmail delivery services.
Local Round Town Delivery - round town delivery is done within Montego Bay only from Mondays to Saturdays at a cost of $500 from 1-2 PM or 5-6 PM at Fairview or KFC Howard Cooke Blvd (Downtown).
3. You will be emailed or sent a DM with your tracking number/ shipping receipt when your order ships.
