NB: All orders are subject to a bearer fee;
The Knutsford drop-off fee is $500; this covers the bearer charge, which is not to be confused with the pickup fee at the Knutsford counter, which is $700.

1. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. With the exception of sale/promotion, where orders are sent in the order they were received, and can take up to 2-3 business days to ship out.
This shipping model allows for across bank transfers and debit/credit card transactions to reflect, and also gives us enough time to process your order and have it sent to the respective carrier/delivery service.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.
2. Choose the delivery option that is most convenient for you, be it cost-effective or convenience, see below options;
Knutsford Express Currier Service - It cost $700 to ship with them and shipping charges can be paid when picking up your order. They have over 14 different locations islandwide. Orders become available for pick up the next business day or same day, depending on drop-off time and location. All orders attract a storage fee of $100 per day after 5 days of not collecting the package.
Zipmail (Jamaica Postal Service) - It cost $900 which is required to be paid along with your order this includes the bearer fee and zipmail standard cost. Zipmail deliveries become available for pickup within 2-3 business days at your post office that offers zipmail deliveries, it's important to know which post office in your parish offers zipmail delivery services.
Local Round Town Delivery - round town delivery is done within Montego Bay only from Mondays to Saturdays for $600. Locations such as Fairview or KFC Howard Cooke Blvd (Downtown) are good meeting places for our bearers; however, they have the capacity to deliver to other locations in Montego Bay.
3. You will be emailed or sent a DM with your tracking number/ shipping receipt when your order ships.
